I found this Crotal Bell a couple of days before the New Year, it is a Sheeps bell and it still rings when you shake it. I am very lucky to be able to find a complete one with the pea still inside it as most get damaged over the last couple of hundred years being thrown about when a field is ploughed. It is from around 1750 to 1800 from what I believe as it does not have a makers mark on it.
